Allstone operates a showroom in New Jersey and distributes to over 200 high-end showrooms throughout the USA.

Responsibilities included but not limited to;

Must have prior experience in the stone & tile industry!

• Assist with inside sales calls.
• Provide information about our products including availability, price, delivery, limitations & installation recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between Allstone and our customers.
• Responsible for purchase order (P/O) processing.
• Gain knowledge of all current and new product lines.
• Enter orders, follow-up on backorders, customer orders & follow proper delivery and pick-up procedures.
• Establish and maintain successful relationships with internal departments allowing for timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Assist other departments with clerical work.
• Possible minimal travel to drop off samples and or deliver small orders.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude
• Polished appearance
• Professional phone, email, and computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Assertive and creative and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Must perform well as both individual contributor and/or team player
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, resourcefulness
• Team player
• Experience in the marble & tile industry a must!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
